Dear Data Protection Agency,

I wish to get access to any document you might hold concerning the new Data Portability right (Art. 20) in the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation.

This includes but is not limited to:
- internal discussions at the Data Protection Agency;
- expert advice obtained by the Data Protection Agency;
- external enquiries or unsolicited contacts with the Data Protection Agency concerning the implementation or interpretation of that right;
- any exchange with other European and/or Swiss Data Protection Authorities on the topic;
- any exchange with the Article 29 Working Party on the topic.

Yours faithfully,

Paul-Olivier Dehaye

Dear Data Protection Agency,
I have not received any acknowledgement of my request, for which in any case the response seems to be delayed beyond the allowable deadline.
Could you provide some insight into when I can expect to obtain a response?
Yours faithfully,

Paul-Olivier Dehaye

Dear Data Protection Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Data Protection Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Documents concerning the portability right'.

My complaint was simply not answered.

Postkasse, Datatilsynet

Dear Sir,

I appologise your request got lost in my e-mail, despite my colleagues forwarding it to me as required. I am unsure what documents you require and what you believe we might be able to assist you with (though we obviously fail to do so).

We note that WP 29 has issued guidelines on data portability. We note that they are accompanied by a FAQ. Both documents, in English, are linked to on our website.

We hope we will be able to assess them in more detail in order to make some information material to the data subjects available in Norwegian on our website. This work has not yet begun in our office as we have for the time being chosen to prioritize other topics.

Since we do not have anything other on the topic than the WP29 guidelines, there is nothing to give access to.

Should you need more information on the implementation of the Regulation in our DPA, please free to e-mail me directly.

Best regards,
Dana Jaedicke,

Dear Postkasse,

Your response that you have not started working on the topic implies that there is no relevant document to my request. Thank you for your response.
