Communication with NATO TV concerning production of audiovs

Innsynsførespurnaden var vellukka.

Paul-Olivier Dehaye

Dear Ministry of Defence,

I wish to get access to any document supporting a conversation between NATO TV and the Ministry of Defence, since January 2016, regarding the production of audiovisual content and related needs. One such document has been acknowledged to exist in a previous request, apparently addressed directly to a battalion commander:

https://www.mimesbronn.no/en/request/fem...

The interest for me would be to understand the exact contact point within NATO TV, and the form such requests take. Potentially I could then address requests in other countries plausible to have received similar requests, equipped with more precise information. It is my expectation that, sadly, NATO is not covered by a Freedom of Information law.

Yours faithfully,

Paul-Olivier Dehaye

Dear Ministry of Defence,
I have not received an acknowledgement, and the response to my request seems to have been delayed beyond the allowable period. Could you give me some insight into when my request will be considered?

Yours faithfully,

Paul-Olivier Dehaye

Dear Ministry of Defence,
As reference in my second request, you have indeed given a reply to a first request.
However, the second request is formulated as a follow up to the first. It asks for a precise set of documents, slightly different from the first. While the content of some of those documents has been described, I have not received a copy. In my second request, I explain my interest in the documents themselves and not just a copy.
It is immaterial to my request here, but it is my understanding that NATO TV is not itself subject to FOI requests.
Yours sincerely,

Paul-Olivier Dehaye
